Andy Jenkins
Andy is a commercially-focused OD practitioner with expertise in business design and applied organisational psychology. Experienced in Organisation & Operating Model Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement & Retention, Leadership Development, Learning Design & Facilitation, Performance & Career Coaching. Andy has delivered results and built capability at all levels in many different sectors and stages of organisational maturity. He is at his best working with individuals and organisations setting up for growth and navigating unfamiliar organisational challenges.
Consulting / Programme Director experience
Recent client work includes Op Model Design and implementation as People Workstream Lead in a major technology transformation for a leading Pension Scheme.
Managed the diagnosis, design and build of a Strategic Workforce Plan and capability framework for a national UK children’s charity, working with the Executive to enable their new business strategy.
Led the scoping, design, delivery and evaluation of a major CX transformation program for service contact centre, inbound and outbound sales which was highly commended at the AITD Awards for Learning Effectiveness (return on investment). This included increasing sales results for the client from $70k monthly revenue per person to $160k in 12 months; delivering sustainable %age improvement in customer satisfaction scores and employee engagement.
Led the diagnostic work and authored OD report for a large Integrated Health Partnership Board in S.E. England.
In Australia, Andy was Head of Organisational Development and a member of the Group HR Leadership Team at Australia Post, a Government owned enterprise, during a major reform between 2014 and 2017.

TDP Development Ltd: Consulting Director, responsible for client management and leading consulting projects.
Australia Post: Head of Organisation Development, responsible for translating business strategy into a people strategy and executing it nationally, across a $2bn business unit with 20,000+ employees.
Key achievements included leading the OD workstream for a $180m technology investment and voluntary redundancy program; driving a 6% net increase in employee engagement across the Business Unit (where Enterprise trend was flat or negative); launch & embedding of an integrated strategy, brand and culture ‘program’; driving major improvements in NPS/CX across 10,000 front line Posties; designing and building a Fintech joint venture.
