As Programme Director David took on end-to-end delivery responsibility for a significant technical development, with the target of creating a new platform from scratch using the latest cloud native development toolset in under 18 months. This objective was made more challenging by the fact that we did not have an inhouse development capability at the start of the programme nor recent big programme experience. David superbly mobilised the programme and put in place the right level of programme governance to enable us to work both nimbly (i.e. not Waterfall) and with structure and delivery certainty. To cut a long story short, the programme was delivered on time and under budget with all Executive stakeholders engaged throughout. 10/10.
