Led an international team of management consultants in the role of Director of Operations, providing financial improvements in excess of £75m across the public and private healthcare sectors. 

Held a variety of Director and Board level positions within an industry-leading productivity specialist consulting firm.

Successfully delivered comprehensive internal business redesign; configuring and implementing Sales, Marketing, IT, Recruitment and Support Service departments within a long-established business. 

Grew consulting business operations by over 500% in 18 months through improved management control, staff engagement and client satisfaction.
