Worked in financial crime, within a leading financial services firm to remediate regulatory impacting observations across training and procedures. Mobilised initiatives and drove the development of frameworks, gap analysis and delivery plans for remediation.

Management of a £23m Data & AI transformation programme for the largest mobile & broadband provider in the UK.

Delivered a £5m regulatory portfolio for one of the largest energy suppliers in the UK.

Delivered a £4.4m commercial programme with forecast 3-year benefits of £7m and c£6m of cost avoidance.

Delivered a £1.4m initiative to deliver Data Quality technology, processes, and a new cross functional, agile team of 25FTE. The delivery supported the resolution of >3.5m data quality.

Target Operating Model delivery, encompassing people and process transformation impacting over 100 employees, resulting in new processes, clear ways of working and accountability for data within npower, in advance of GDPR.

Implementation of a new content partner integration platform for EE, alongside the successful first integration with Microsoft and launch of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, as part of an exclusive content partnership with BT.

Delivery of a global first proposition partnership with EE & Apple, providing EE customers with inclusive Apple content services as part of their contract.
